I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were quite comfortable and clean, but the loud noise coming from the HVAC system throughout the night was bothersome. The service was a mix of pleasant greetings and a few instances of really bad customer service. The location was convenient, especially during my stay amidst Hurricane Barry, but some areas were not well-maintained. The dining options were decent, with a friendly staff member brightening up the breakfast area. Overall, it had its ups and downs.
